After returning to the preschool from our holidays, we found these GIANT zucchini growing in our vegetable patch!

This year, we plan to grow many more vegetables with the children. If you enjoy gardening, or have some plants we could grow, please let us know!

Welcome to 2014!

It's a new kinder year!
We hope everyone enjoyed the summer and the children are excited to begin preschool classes this week. A big welcome especially to those families who are new to the LPPS community.

Christmas BBQ 2013

It was fantastic to see so many families for our end-of-year BBQ. The children were excited to welcome Father Christmas as he arrived on his fire engine and gave out presents (ably assisted by Pam), and our Christmas raffle proved popular with adults, too! Thankyou to everyone for bringing food to share.

Christmas BBQ

Our Christmas BBQ will be happening on Saturday 7th December from 4-7pm. This will be a great opportunity for current and new families to socialize!
- door prizes and raffle
- presents for children
- Santa is rumoured to be making an appearance on his fire engine...
Meat and bread will be provided - please look for the sign-up sheet outside the preschool to let us know what type of salad or dessert you can bring!

Parent survey

We'd love your feedback!

Over the next week, we'd like to invite parents to ccmplete an online survey so we can receive feedback about the preschool.

Sun-Protective hats

From September to April, all children need to wear a Sun-Protective hat. The best hats should protect the head, face, eyes, ears and neck.
Please make sure your child always has a hat available.

Bunnings BBQ 19/10/13

Volunteers needed!

LPPS has an opportunity to run a Bunnings BBQ to raise funds for kinder.

When: Saturday 19th October, 9a.m. - 4p.m.
Where: Bunnings Warehouse, Vermont South (on Burwood Hwy)

The Sign-up sheet is available on the outside noticeboard. Please indicate when you are able to help out.
